I’m Amelia. Mostly, I’m a writer. I’m also a habitual traveler, a Tolkien fan, and an amateur chef. I’m 50% of the book podcast Cracked Spines, where we talk about all the gnarly ways that fictional characters have died and how to avoid a similar fate.
I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Creative Writing, and received the department’s MFA award for my writing. Since graduation I’ve spent a lot of my time traveling North America in my blue minivan, writing and freelancing along the way.
On this blog I’d like to talk about lots of stuff: haunted houses, movie soundtracks, books I’ve read, how I write, and especially how I want to write better. But I’m writing this description on day one; who knows what’ll end up here two months from now? I sure don’t.
Find out with me.
